Before you begin

• Dress in layers. If you rapidly become hot or cold, you can easily adjust your clothing accordingly.

During the work

• Check whether you can regulate the temperature.
• Check whether the windows open.
• Ensure that you do not suffer from radiant heat from the sun in the work place.
• Do not cover ventilation grilles.
• Report complaints about the indoor climate to your supervisor.
