Measures for the organisation against aggression and violence

• Establish a code of conduct for all employees.
• Give employees who face an increased risk of verbal and physical aggression and violence information, instruction and training on how to deal with aggression and violence.
• Ensure emergency measures and support are in place for emergencies and advise employees about them.
• Register incidents.
• Supervise the further processing of the incident and notification to the police if there may have been a punishable offence.
• Encourage people to always report incidents of aggression and violence.
• Direct employees to take legal advice if there may be personal liability.
• Contact customers who employees have acted aggressively towards.
• Recover damage arising from aggression and violence.
