Measures for the organisation against exposure to contaminated SF6 during maintenance work

• Provide information and instructions about working with SF6.
• Ensure that employees who recover SF6 from high voltage switches (from 1000 Volt AC), have an SF6 gas in HV installations diploma.  For more information about the exams see www.bepect.nl.
• Provide storage for the disposal of hazardous waste.
• Provide orange coloured bottles (bands) carrying a sticker (UN3308) for disposal of the contaminated gas to the supplier.
